Westdraft
The Roster

The professionals behind the work.

Editorial, cover design, audiobook production, ghostwriting, and web — every Westdraft engagement is carried by a named professional with a real track record. Not a gig-economy profile, an offshore queue, or a machine.

Some work shown here was produced for Silent Clamor Press by people who also contribute to Westdraft. It appears as related portfolio work by shared personnel, shown with permission. Silent Clamor Press is a separate, selective publisher; nothing here implies that Westdraft clients are published by Silent Clamor Press.

Editorial

Every editor here can take a manuscript through the entire process — assessment, developmental work, line, copy, and proofreading. Each simply has a stage they're strongest in.

Design & Audio

L.K. Sukany

Cover Artist & Illustrator

L.K. Sukany

M.A. Painting, University of Arkansas at Little Rock · B.F.A. Printmaking, Missouri State University

Every cover starts by hand — gouache, watercolor, pen and ink, or linocut on paper, then scanned and finished digitally toward the author's vision, never generated. Sukany has exhibited for more than twenty-five years and illustrates for literary and print publications; her covers and interior illustration appear in published fiction, and her work is held in public and corporate collections.

On a project she gives you author direction, three concepts to choose from, and two revision rounds on the chosen one — delivered as a full print wrap with the ebook cover included.
